Locations and Pick Ups

There are three dumpster houses at the Woods and Legends. Each house holds one dumpster and two recycling bins. Trash is picked up on Monday’s and Thursday’s of each week, recycling is picked up on Thursday’s of each week.

Trash Locations

  1. Across from Woods 4, servicing Woods 1-12

  2. Across from Woods 15, servicing nearby Woods and Legends units

  3. At the intersection of Golf Course Drive and Fairway Lane, servicing nearby Woods and Legends units

Trash

  • There is to be no disposal in the dumpsters of construction waste or hazardous materials

  • There is to be no dumping of furniture or large objects in the dumpsters

  • The HOA is fined $250 for each incident of materials that are unallowable. When traceable, this cost will be passed onto the homeowner

  • There is a County Dump for all large objects you need to dispose of.

  • Information on how to dispose of hazardous waste, large objects (ex. furniture), or other items, please visit the County’s website

Recycling

  • If unallowable items are placed in the recycling bin, the entire bin becomes contaminated and is sent to the landfill instead of recycled. Please help our community efforts with recycling by only recycling allowable materials.

  • Recyclable items cannot be bagged in plastic bags
