Trash & Recycling

There are three dumpster and recycle bin houses in our Association:

  1. Across from Woods 4, servicing Woods 1-12

  2. Across from Woods 15, servicing nearby Woods and Legends units

  3. At the intersection of Golf Course Drive and Fairway Lane, servicing nearby Woods and Legends units

A few notes about recycling:

  • Glass cannot be recycled in our bins (it can be brought to Frisco…info here)

  • Bagged recyclables are not accepted

  • Placing any of the above items in the recycle bin will cause for the entire bin to be put in the landfill, please help us to recycle

Parking

  • You may park in the driveway of the unit you are renting

  • You may park in the guest parking in our HOA with a parking pass

  • Please do not park on our grass, it damages the grass and may get you towed

  • We do not allow any parking on our streets, if you park on the streets, your car may be towed

  • Please do not block in any cars of neighboring properties, or, you guessed it, your car may be towed

  • If your car is blocked in by a vehicle from another unit, please contact our management company at woodslegends@vacasa.com

  • All pets must be kept on a leash at all times in our HOA (and throughout Copper Mountain)

  • You are responsible for picking up after your pet when your pet goes to the bathroom outside. We provide dog waste bags on all of our dumpster houses as well as at dog waste stations throughout the neighborhood.
