The best way for a homeowner to submit a maintenance request is the through the AppFolio website or App. When submitting the request, the homeowner is able to select the urgency, submit a photo if helpful, and write a message detailing the request. After submitting the request, the homeowner will be able to track the status of the task via the AppFolio portal. The Board also receives a list of all submitted requests bi-monthly.
